Changedesign is leading an intense workshop on creative collaboration and leading innovation for Gulltaggen 2011.
This workshop embeds the fundamental principles of creative leadership and teamwork in the hearts, minds and bodies of the participants. Along with a number of highly effective innovation tools and methods, the participants will be introduced to an overall framework and mind-set for working with new ideas.

- Sarah Juhl has worked as process consultant in the fields of leadership and organizational change. Sarah's work has dealt with issues of corporate social responsibility and she has helped companies leverage their business through ethical conducts and greater transparency. Sarah is a graduated Kaospilot and holds an Ma in Creative and Cultural Leadership from University of Portsmouth, UK. Sarah has worked with international clients and partners within the fields of design, advertising, digital-interactive communication, energy, education and development with creativity as the platform.
- Henrik Johansson is a graduated KaosPilot and works internationally as a process consultant in the fields of creativity and innovation. He works with organizations that wish to come up with radically new ideas and fundamentally want to leverage their creative capacity. He has worked in various development projects for clients like Hyper Island, The Singapore Ministry of Education, Innovation Lab Denmark, The Swedish Institute and Idea Factory Singapore. Henrik's passion is to facilitate learning and creative processes, and to help groups solve tricky tasks and become smarter together.
- Thomas Reibke is an experienced process facilitator, consultant and trainer in the fields of organizational change, leadership, innovation and idea development. Thomas works with teams and leaders around increasing creative and innovate capabilities in companies and organizations. He has worked with international clients and partners within the fields of design, architecture, advertising, digital and interactive communication a.o. He has also worked in the public sector for city councils and ministries. This work has evolved around vision building, strategy and idea development as well as citizen and user involvement around political agendas and city development.
